AMP20030 | 1.0–6.0 GHz | 300 W Broadband Solid-State High-Power Amplifier

Exodus AMP20030 is a rugged broadband solid-state high power amplifier operating from 1.0–6.0 GHz. The amplifier delivers 300 W minimum saturated output power and 200 W minimum P1dB output power with 55 dB gain. Designed for EMI/RFI, laboratory, CW/Pulse, and communication applications, the system features a Class A/AB linear architecture, comprehensive protection and monitoring, and flexible local and remote control interfaces in a compact 5U rack-mounted platform.
